“The Legend of the Rou-Ga-Roux” Spirited Dinner

Join us this Hallow’s Eve for our Spirited Dinner. In partnership with Donner-Peltier Distillers we present an enchanting 5 course menu featuring an appetizer of pepper jelly glazed lamb ribs; goat cheese and fig salad; choice of two entrees – black grouper cheeks or cane marinated berkshire pork tenderloin; and a decadent dessert of spiced pears, raspberry coulis and crème anglaise. Each course will be accompanied by a Rougaroux Rum cocktail, hand-crafted and paired by the Carousel Bar’s legendary bartender Marvin Allen.
